Could a small-town cop...really be her hero?

Officer TJ Shepard may be pushing back against his father's wishes for TJ to take over as Chief of Police of Horizon, South Carolina, but he's still very invested in doing his current duty. That means helping Horizon's newest business owner, Summer Patel, move her veterinary charges when a hurricane threatens her clinic.

But Summer isn't looking to be rescued, thank you very much. She and TJ are constantly clashing - until they find themselves trapped together by the storm, and their animosity melts into a warm connection. When the sky clears, will they retreat to a safe distance or give their newfound feelings a fighting chance?
