About the Author : Chakor Ajgaonkar (b. 1930) is the most widely known and distinguished name among Sai devotees across the world. Former editor (1989–93) of Saileela magazine, run by the Shirdi Sai Baba Samsthan, he is a man of great intellect, a spiritualist and an adept in Nath cult and dhyana bhakti of Sai Baba. He read the Vedanta and other philosophies to strengthen the dhyana aspect of his learning coupled with yogic exercises. To him, sadhana means transforming human existence into Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram, which is only synonymous with Truth, Love and Ananda. By authoring several books and poems dedicated to Shirdi Sai Baba, Chakor Ajgaonkar has greatly enriched the literary and spiritual world.
